The Galveston County Young Republicans are a member of the Texas Young Republican Federation which is
an organization comprised of men and women who are 18 to 40 years of age (inclusive) and want to become
more actively involved in local, state, and national politics. Not unlike yourself, YR members all had an
interest in politics and were looking for a way to get involved at varying levels. Through the TYRF, we've found
a way to make dramatic differences in the massive political landscape of Texas. Whether participating in
policy shaping meetings in Austin, building support for local, state and national Republican candidates or
running for various local and state offices, TYRF members are leaders for today building stronger leadership
skills for tomorrow.
Whether you are interested in politics close to home, in the great state of Texas or on a National level, you
will find members of the Galveston County Young Republicans hard at work.
